We have vendor connections with some of the greatest programmatic tech companies. We use DV360, Adelphic, Trade Desk, and various self-serve platforms. Programmatic can be done really well, and also really wrong which results in ad spend waste and unhappy clients. We don't have time for that! Our founder has 12 years of experience in programmatic alone, and has used his experience to his advantage to place awesome campaigns across the programmatic ecosystem.

We always recommend omni-channel as that has been the KIBS Method for the past 20 years. Tech is changing, algorithms change, but one constant always stays the same- the ability to reach the consumer.
We employ an Insertion Order which covers the details of the media buy. For an omni-channel campaigns, we suggest a minimum of 3 platforms, which you will have the ability to chose from: Programmatic, Native, Social, Paid Search, OOH, Broadcast, Radio, Audio and Print (magazines, etc).
The IO will list the fees associated with each buy.

After your initial 30 min. Consultation, we will send you the Scope of Work Agreement for short term projects (<1year), and SOW Agreement and SLA for long term projects (>1 Year). This agreement is binding to the terms listed in the Scope of Work and the Service Level Agreement that are signed by both parties. Parties may cancel the agreement by giving 14 days notice as outlined in the SOW. Our prices are subject to change, but we do offer legacy discounts for our legacy partners.
KIBS Media offers flexible Contract Lengths, as this directly benefits both clients and agencies. We offer 3,6,9, and 12 month package contracts. Any additional projects or add on's will require additional fees, which will be provided upon request.
White Label Partnership Packages require a MSLA and a SOW per project. Pricing is based on bundled packages, managed service, please contact us for a la carte channel pricing.

Many White -Label Partner Agencies outsource the work to affiliates in other countries. KIBS Media keeps all work in house, and that is evident by the deliverables and accountability in reporting.
Does the (WLP) agency join client calls?

Some agencies like that we join client calls because our expertise is outside of their scope. We let our partners decide if they want KIBS Media to be client facing (and at what capacity) or to hand over reports that they can discuss with their clients.

A digital marketing and SEO firm needed help advancing their organic search traffic for their major national franchise client. They implemented our White Label Services and we ran CTV, Spotify/Pandora, Meta Ads for the national franchise company. This particular franchise company was struggling to get leads, with some markets doing better than others, and we had the added bureaucracy of working with 3 agencies who were competing for the same goals. Unfortunately the brand dropped out of the top 10 for their industry and really needed awareness, however their AOR's were taking a narrow approach on awareness and not implementing an omni-channel approach which the client really needed.
FusionDigital/HeyFusionMan ran Meta Ads prior to our relationship, and continued them after our relationship. We noticed the leads dropped down by more than half after our contract with them ended, which mirrored results from their prior efforts. We were glad that they had the confidence to take on the work for the client, but noticing the leads dropped off solidifies why we operate in the white label space.
Below is our case study, highlighting campaign numbers when we picked up the work, during our work period, and after our work period was contractually ended. We reached 1,273,633 households, with 9,495,727 Impressions, at a frequency of 7.5 and a CPM of $17.60 averaged across 9 markets. Our Audio results were just as impressive, with 9,320,633 Impressions, reaching 1,300,139 users, and had 7, 897 Clicks to Site. On Meta, we averaged 4,271,579 Impressions, a Reach of 1,027,023, Clicks of 30,739 and 1,842 Leads. The client only ran Meta ads before using our White Label Partnerships, and had lower leads. By using an omni-channel approach, we were able to start targeting and re-targeting consumers based on their online behavior, which increased awareness.
FutureOnset collaborated with KIBS Media to develop social campaigns for their client. The client only wanted to invest in LinkedIn and solely focus on traffic campaigns toward their website. Our cleaners came in and diagnosed issues with the clients marketing strategy, including audiences, page setup, etc. We focused our education on working with their social team to respond to social comments, engaging with their audience in platform. During our 3 month contract, we increased organic LinkedIn followers by 30%, reduced their cpm's by focusing on targeting strategies, and started to achieve leads in platform. Unfortunately, the client had to cut all marketing budgets for the remainder of 2024 as they were going through internal layoffs. It is the opinion of KIBS Media that a simple awareness campaign would have changed everything for this client. Instead the client focused on organic marketing and sales, and when those avenues stopped producing, they then turned to advertising. We always educate our clients on focusing their marketing strategy toward advertising, especially as a startup. Startups need awareness during that initial sales drive to keep the momentum going and keep their brand top of mind for consumers.
