This is only for business owners who are NOT using KIBS Media as an ad agency (our clients receive this service with our full agency package).

After your initial 30 min. Consultation, we will send you the Scope of Work Agreement for short term projects (<1year), and SOW Agreement and MSLA for long term projects (>1 Year). This agreement is binding to the terms listed in the Scope of Work and the Service Level Agreement that are signed by both parties. Parties may cancel the agreement by giving 14 days notice as outlined in the SLA. We are a small agency, with plans to grow in the future. Our prices are subject to change for new clients. We do offer a rate lock for our grandfathered clients, long term clients.
